1. Returns
No Physical Returns:
We do not accept physical returns of products once delivered, as our sweets are perishable and have a limited shelf life. This helps us maintain hygiene and product quality standards.
2. Refunds

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a refund.
Verification Process:
To process a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our executive will verify your claim through photographs or a video call.

Upon successful verification, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 3–7 business days after approval. After approval process is successfully done the money will be refunded in 3-4 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect address provided, or if the complaint is made after 48 hours of delivery.
